Prompt Pick-Up & Behaver Policy Contract

It is essential for the student to be picked up promptly after their scheduled time. Once office hours are closed, if the student is not picked up promptly, it can delay the next student drive session as our instructors are on a tight schedule. Our instructors only have a few minutes between each drive. If an instructor has to wait for a student to be picked up due to safety reasons, it will disrupt all driving sessions to follow.

If the student has not been picked up by the time his/her instructor has to begin the next drive session. Our driving school, under penalty of law, may not allow a student to be left to wait for their ride without supervision. If the instructor does not have a following student, he/she will stay behind to wait for the student's ride. An instructor staying past their scheduled time is costly to the company.  If the student is picked up later than 10 minutes past his/her drive session or classroom time, his/her account will be charged $1 per minute the student is picked up after office hours.  Please understand it is not our wish to charge this fee to anyone, but timely picking up of students is vital to the continued effective operation of our business, the safety of your children, and the respect and courtesy of our staff and other students.

Student Misconduct in the Classroom Policy

  • Students are not allowed to be on cell phones except when instructed and permitted for quizzes.
  • Students are not allowed to be disruptive, preventing the instructor from staying on schedule and distracting others from learning.
  • Students are not allowed to use notes during testing.
  • Students are not allowed to sleep during class.

When a student is continually disruptive in the classroom and does not respond to correction, the parent will be notified. If the student's behavior does not change, they may be subjected to delay in taking State Test, Delayed Driving Schedule, or asked to be removed from the class without a full refund.
